Job Description:

We are seeking a Welder to join our production team, building grain bagging equipment. Hours are 7am–4pm, Monday to Friday. Neeralta is very intentional about creating a learning environment with a fun, positive and upbuilding outlook on work and life. We’re also serious about helping our employees grow, personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Come with a positive attitude

• MIG weld mild steel

• Read drawings

• Work as part of a team

• Consistently work to improve skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2nd year apprentice

• Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)

• Computer literate

• Strong work ethic and time management skills

• Positive team attitude

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Able to commute to Neeralta daily
