Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, identify new opportunities, and help drive Neeralta’s continued growth. This role is ideal for someone who is strategic, creative, organized, and self-motivated, with experience in marketing, team leadership, and developing effective marketing strategies. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, identifies opportunities for improvement, and works well with others to achieve results. Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday. Neeralta is very intentional about creating a learning environment with a fun, positive, and upbuilding outlook on work and life. Key Responsibilities:

• Come with a positive attitude

• Develop and execute an annual marketing strategy and budget

• Lead and develop the marketing team

• Plan and oversee social media, digital, and print advertising

• Manage marketing materials, branding, and company website

• Plan and coordinate trade shows and promotional events

• Work closely with Sales to support dealers and customers

• Monitor marketing performance and evaluate results

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, preferably in a leadership role

• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team

• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content creation

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Willingness to learn and accept feedback
