Job Description:

We are seeking an outgoing, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and grow a sales territory. You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and promote the Neeralta brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being part of a team and thrives on achieving sales goals. You will also be attending 6-8 Agricultural shows per year throughout North America. Working hours are typically 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday with your own office. Neeralta is very intentional about creating a learning environment with a fun, positive and upbuilding outlook on business and life. We are also serious about helping our employees grow, personally and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Come with a positive attitude

• Manage and grow customer accounts

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

• Attend agricultural shows

• Keep office area clean and organized

• Attend weekly sales meetings

• Consistently work to improve sales skills

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in agriculture

• Fluent in the English language (reading, written, spoken)

• Computer literate

• Strong work ethic and time management skills

• Positive team attitude

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Able to commute to Neeralta daily

• Willing to travel within the assigned territory
