Grain Air Tubes - GrainAir Tubes are made of 18 gauge perforated galvanized steel. The Tubes come in telescoping eight foot sections and can be ordered with two (GT200), three (GT300), or four (GT400) sections to accommodate different sized bins. All these GrainAir Tubes come with a Cap assembly.

Aeration Booster - The Aeration Booster is a GT 96 Tube with a Cap Assembly that can be hung at the top of full floor and tube aeration bins. This product is used to improve convection, increase aeration efficiency, and prevent crusting at the peak of these aeration bins.

Retractable Bases - Flat Bottom Grain Bin Stand
RTB100 - The retractable base is used to support GrainAir Tubes in flat bottom bins. The GrainAir Tube is supported three to four feet from the ground. When the bin is nearly empty, the set screw can be loosened to retract the Base and allow a bin sweep to run under the Tube.

RTB400 - This extremely durable Retractable Base is used to support GrainAir Tubes in flat bottom bins that have a four section tube and/or a center unload. The GrainAir Tube is supported three to four feet from the ground. When the bin is nearly empty, the pins can be removed to retract the Base and allow a bin sweep to run under the tube.

Free Standing / Temporary Rings Stand - The Free Standing Base is used to support GrainAir Tubes in non-bin storage such as temporary grain rings, quonsets, grain piles, sheds, etc.

Hopper Bottom Brace - The Hopper Bottom Base is used to support GrainAir Tubes in hopper bottom bins. The Base has telescoping legs to fit different sized hopper bins. The Saddle, attached to the GrainAir Tube, connects to the base via rare earth magnet. This allows the Tube to shift as the bin is unloading, reducing stress on the Tube and minimizing possible damage.

GT24 - A two foot Tube extension for short extension requirements.
GT96 - An eight foot Tube extension for bins that need more height than the GT 400 can accommodate.

Vent-a-Lid

The Vent-A-Lid is a simple and effective way to manage your bin ventilation. Heat and moisture will escape out of the 10" hole while the cap keeps the elements out. Compatible with most lids and openers. (see Gallery for additional photos)
